This is a great video about the container system.  While it focuses on 21 Day fix, the system is used in a lot of other programs.  It is the easiest way to track what you need to give your body the best nutrition to perform at it’s peak!  The Portion Fix System will give you a VERY versatile guide for pretty much any fitness program plus all the containers to keep it Simple for you!
