Planning is the key to success with clean & healthy eating

You do not want to be caught off guard or left with no healthy choices.  As a busy single Dad of three, I know things can get crazy.  I have even used my hectic schedule as an excuse.  Some days I am teaching all day and do not get many chances fro breaks. Some days I am out of the house ALL DAY and if I do not bring my  food with me, I would be left with very poor choices (and broke from eating out all the time LOL)

I recently read this article below and the video that really helped with how to plan.  I have a bag that has ice packs as part of the sides and I keep it in the freezer.  I ad a thin ice pack to it and it keeps my food cold ALL DAY!
