My Name is Keith and I have been an online fitness coach for almost 10 years. Over the years I have had my ups and downs with fitness. In 2017 I decided enough was enough and I would gain control of my fitness once and for all. I know if I want to help you I need to be able to help myself too!
To date (Late July) I have been able to lose just over 50 POUNDS! I feel better than I have in a long time and I am so excited to help you!
